1. Create a Google Sheet and open Extensions → Apps Script.
2. Paste the supplied Code.gs backend code and deploy it as a Web App.
3. Copy the Web App URL and paste it below. Use the same URL for the owner and team member.
4. Enter each person's name. Every status/note change is written to the central sheet with timestamp and user name.
5. CSV imports are merged by stable key. Existing notes/statuses are retained; new rows are added. Imports never intentionally clear the database.
