Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are sealed, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Opened or used food products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened dry fruits, berries, or combo packs cannot be returned.
  • Perishable items are non-returnable once delivered.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or promotions may not be eligible unless defective.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging are required for verification.
  • Once approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact customer support at care@naturescrates.com with your order details, reason for return, and supporting images if applicable.
  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
  • Products must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
  • Only eligible items meeting return conditions can be exchanged.

8. Important Notes

  • Slight variations in size, color, taste, or texture of dry fruits and berries are natural and not considered defects.
  • Customers are advised to check product details carefully before placing an order.
